3:42 PM - @HOME cable modem service going away?
A news article posted today may be found at http://www.foxnews.com/story/0
It says @HOME cable service may go away at 3am Saturday. I am an @HOME subscriber and I rely on high speed Internet access to upload my photos. If I lose cable access, it might mean a delay in getting pictures up from my upcoming Disneyland visit. I just thought I'd mention that...

12:43 AM - Upcoming Disneyland Resort visit...
I've decided I really don't want to miss seeing the new Haunted Mansion Holiday
attraction at Disneyland. We will be visiting the park from December 14th - 17th. Between the new things at Disney's California Adventure
(Who Wants to Be a Millionaire, LuminAria, Monsters Inc. show, Blast!, etc.) and the Disneyland holiday events (fireworks, It's a Small World Holiday, etc.) it should be a challenge to take it all in over a few days.
If anyone has any special photo requests, send them in and I'll do what I can. I may also put back up the page with the live updates during my visit.

11:36 PM - eBay auction (not Disney related)
With the exception on an old "Disney Sound Source" PC audio device, I have no Disney items up for sale on eBay right now :-) For information, see this page: http://disneyfans.com/ebay/index.shtml

7:55 PM - @HOME cable modem woes...
Hey, any @HOME cable modem users out there? The service has been available for a few years here in Des Moines, Iowa. It has been $39.95 per month up until this year. They quietly raised my bill to $45.95 a month without notifying me, then they did another rate hike a few months after. I finally received a call saying the rate would go up again
in a few months! $55.95 is going to be my new cable modem rate in February. Methinks DSL ($39.95 including MSN) is looking awfully appealing right about now. If you care about this subject, read my rant at http://members.home.net/mailsucks/

1:02 AM - Anyone need web hosting?
My web hosting business, AtTheFaire.com, is now the second largest webspace reseller at webhost.fm
. Webhost is a hosting company operated by a long time friend of mine in Indiana. If you are tired of pop up ads or storage limitations, talk to me. We provide "unlimited" storage and bandwidth accounts for as little as $7 per month. If you'd like more details, just drop me an e-mail. Everyone who hosts with me helps support this site. If you aren't interested in that, consider clicking on the PayPal.com icon and donate a buck or two. It would be appreciated.
