Walt Disney World:
The number one vacation destination.

Years ago I stumbled across a web site by Stephen Banks which detailed (on a daily basis) their family vacation at Walt Disney World. Each day they took some photos using a then-state-of-the-art Apple QuickTake digital camera, then at night a web page would be uploaded with a trip report. While I didn't get to see this page during their vacation, the chronicle of their Disney vacation made for great reading -- almost like being part of it.

This is what prompted me to start taking photos which I initially made available through an FTP server I ran in the evenings/overnight when I was dialed into my ISP. Finally I moved the site to a full-time web host, and it has been growing ever since. Welcome to the latest incarnation of my photo archive site here at DisneyFans.com.
