Southern California got more snow than alot of places this year.
Thursday, November 2, 2000 - The "snow" is actually a light foam. One of the images on this page shows a close up of how it accumulated on the ground under one high-output snow generator thing. It floats down very much like real snow, but did seem to have a tendancy to "drift" up and through the air (which real snow doesn't, at least not here in Iowa). It also doesn't turn into gunky dirty ice sludge on the ground (it vanishes). Very cool, Disneyland! -- Al
