Only at Disneyland...

...but WDW had the concept first when it remodelled the Communicore centers at Epcot into Innoventions East and West.

The rotating building that is now home to Innoventions was originally built for the Carousel of Progress (which is now at Walt Disney World). After CoP moved out, America Sings moved in. Eventually animatronics from AS made their way into Splash Mountain (and a few into Star Tours). The rotating theater sat empty for years until the 1998 redo of Tomorrowland.

Today both levels of the building are open and full of tradeshow type exhibits of gadgets, video games, and other electronics. Most of the items on display are things you could buy at any high end electronics shop but there are a few interactive exhibits that are worth a look.
