Not only can the Disneyland Railroad take you on a tour around
Walt Disney's Magic Kingdom, it can take you on a trip through time.
Between the Tomorrowland stop and Main Street, the train enters
a tunnel which passes by a diorama of the Grand Canyon and then
through a series of scenes with dinosaurs.
It is very interesting to note that a few of the dinosaur scenes
were recreated on a grander scale for Epcot's Universe of Energy
in 1982.
Trivia: The dinosaur figures were part of an attraction
that Walt Disney designed for the 1964 World's Fair.
Trivia: Where can you find Primeval World at Walt Disney
World? Nowhere, really, but... Epcot's Universe of Energy
features at least one set of dinos that were modeled after the Disneyland
version, and Disney's Animal Kingdom has a new roller coaster called
Primeval Whirl.
