If you have ever gone to a theme park Halloween event and been underwhelmed by the bar offerings, there's a place in Des Moines, Iowa you should see. It is called "The Haunt" and it is operated by The Slaughterhouse haunted attraction downtown. The decorations look like something out of a classic horror movie set. It's more detailed and better than anything we saw at the two theme park events we did in Orlando. It's that good.
