10:23 PM - End of season for Iowa's Adventureland, last photos. (posted by Allen )
Today was the final 2008 operational day for Iowa's Adventureland park. I have posted a few hundred photos from closing day, including one last update to their Kokomo Kove water play area, which now features completed awnings, shade tables, and concession stand (which serves more types of beer than in the park proper -- Heineken, etc.)

They are being uploaded to the gallery now.

Another batch of Adventureland Park photos has been added to the Theme Parks gallery. This batch features some stuff from the Iowa Cafe, including some little details painted on the walls I have never noticed, even after 13 years of visiting the park and eating there.
