Disneyland's Winnie the Pooh attraction will soon be built in the
area previously occupied by the Country
Bear Playhouse.

In 1999, Mr. Toad's Wild Ride
took a detour into Yesterland in spite of all the organized campaigns
to try to save the attraction.
The original two track Toad Hall soon became home to Winnie the
Pooh. The Pooh attraction features vehicles shaped like honey pots.
A special track lets the cars "bounce" with Tigger and
"float" away in a flood. In many ways, Pooh is similar
to Disneyland's Alice in Wonderland
attraction thanks to the use of blacklights and psychedelic colors.
There are some great fiber optic effects (to simulate rain fall)
and even a smoke ring generator. Very cool. Winnie the Pooh is easily
one of the most advanced Disney dark rides.
